2026학년도 외국인 유학생 한국문화 행사 참여 장학금 신청 안내

Korean Cultural Event Participation Scholarship for International Students

안녕하세요, 디지털헬스케어공학과 행정실입니다.
본 학과 외국인 유학생들의 다양한 한국 문화 체험을 장려하고 대학 생활 적응을 지원하기 위해 「한국문화 행사 참여 장학금」을 지급합니다. 한국과 관련된 행사에 참여하고 증빙자료를 제출하면 심사를 거쳐 장학금을 지원하오니 학생 여러분의 많은 참여 바랍니다.

[Notice] If you participate in any Korea-related cultural event/activity and submit proof of participation, you can receive scholarship support.
지원 대상
Eligibility 		디지털헬스케어공학과 소속 외국인 유학생 재학생 (학부 및 대학원)
Currently enrolled international students in the Department of Digital Healthcare Engineering (Undergraduate & Graduate)
인정 행사 범위
Eligible Activities 		한국 전통·역사·공공 문화 체험 및 교내외 행사
  • • 전통/역사 문화 탐방: 고궁(경복궁 등), 국립·시립 박물관, 역사 유적지 관람 등
  • • 한국 문화 체험: 한옥마을, 템플스테이, 전통 공예(도예 등), 전통 한식 만들기 체험 등
  • • 축제 및 공공 교류 행사: 지자체 주관 지역 축제(문화제 등), 교내외 공식 한국 문화 교류 프로그램
• Palaces, national/public museums, historical sites, templestay, traditional craft/cooking workshops, municipal cultural festivals, university-organized cultural exchange programs, etc.
※ 개인 영리 공연/상업 콘서트 등 단순 오락성 행사는 인정 대상에서 제외됩니다. (Commercial entertainment and commercial concerts are not eligible.)
장학금 혜택
Scholarship Benefit 		1인당 최대 100,000원 지급
※ 최종 신청 인원 및 행사 증빙자료 검토 결과에 따라 학과 예산 범위 내에서 확정 지급됩니다.
• Up to KRW 100,000 per student (Final amount will be determined within the department budget based on the number of eligible applicants and review of submissions.)
인정 및 신청 기간
Period & Deadline

행사 인정 기간: 2026. 03. 02. ~ 2026. 10. 30.
신청 마감일: 2026. 10. 30.(금) 17:00까지

• Eligible Period: March 2, 2026 – October 30, 2026
• Application Deadline: Friday, October 30, 2026, 17:00 KST
제출 서류
Required Documents
※ 아래 서류를 모두 준비하여 제출해주시기 바랍니다. (All documents below are required.)
  1. 본인 얼굴이 명확히 나온 현장 사진 1~2장
    1–2 on-site photos clearly showing the student's face
  2. 행사 참여 증빙 자료 1부 (입장권, 티켓, 팜플렛, 참가확인증, 결제 영수증 등)
    Proof of participation (Ticket, event brochure, participation certificate, payment receipt, etc.)
  3. 본인 명의 한국 은행 통장 사본 1부
    Copy of Korean Bank Account (Under the student's name)
  4. 외국인등록증(ARC) 사본 1부
    Copy of Alien Registration Card (ARC)

※ 유의사항 (Notice):
  • 신청 기한(2026. 10. 30. 17:00) 이후 접수된 서류는 인정되지 않습니다. (Submissions after the deadline will not be accepted.)
  • 본인 식별이 불가능한 사진(얼굴 가림, 흐린 사진)은 증빙으로 인정되지 않을 수 있습니다. (Photos without identifiable faces may be rejected.)
  • 허위 자료 제출 시 장학금 지급이 취소되며 기지급액은 환수될 수 있습니다. (False submissions will result in cancellation and retrieval of the scholarship.)
